Coach Zafari is known for his in-depth knowledge about exercise technique and is always ready to answer your questions.
"I originally come from Afghanistan, where I’ve learned and experienced a lot. The gym helped me to deal with situations, it was a place where I could push myself and test my limits. Besides coaching people in the gym and online, I am also a competitive athlete in Natural Bodybuilding. And although not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder (and it doesn’t happen over night), I believe having a strong body is necessary for every human being. Trusting your body, feeling your strength, is not only a confidence boost, it helps you navigate through life easier."
