Using the skills and techniques I gained from my Bachelor’s in contemporary dance and certifications in sports and coaching, I’ve developed a unique training style for one-on-one sessions. My focus is on helping you achieve healthy alignment while boosting your strength and confidence.

I offer a safe, fun, and challenging training environment, tailoring exercises to fit your specific goals. Together, we'll create a path to success—mind over matter!

Over the past decade as a personal trainer, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. From a 14-year-old with scoliosis to a 73-year-old recovering from two knee surgeries, professional athletes (figure skaters, baseball- and basketball players) and more, I’ve learned how to approach various training needs and expand my understanding of the body's capabilities.

I’ve been lifting weights for over 10 years and I have 4 kids (ages 12, 6, and twins of 2) and have navigated my fitness journey through the last two pregnancies. Consistency has been key to my success.

My expertise in pre- and postnatal training has grown through my own experiences and working with many pregnant women.
